Please note that all tickets ordered are nominative and cannot be exchanged or transferred. As mentioned in Article 6 of our General Sales Conditions (, only those tickets where the request for modification is made at least working 8 days before the date of the trip ordered may be modified. Apart from this condition, tickets can be reimbursed only in the following cases:

- Force majeure: e.g. a dangerous local situation (political, health, natural disaster, etc.), vehicle out of order and no back-up vehicle, etc.)

- Shuttle delayed by more than 2 hours.
